The deal was introduced via Amy Griffiths, director at Colliers.
The property is on South Audley Street in the London borough of the City of Westminster.
The Grade II listed property was originally built in 1736and is set over lower ground, ground, and four upper floors, encompassing 10,707sq.ft. currently arranged as two residential apartments and office space.
The funding will support the purchase of the freehold title, and during the loan term, the sponsor aims to secure planning and listed building consents to transform the property into a prime residential scheme.
